If it’s something an insurance policy will cover, then filing a claim is one of the first steps in the recovery process. Filing a claim may seem like a daunting task, but rest assured knowing we take the pain out of the process.  Once your claim has been processed, your Synergy agent will be in contact to discuss the next steps and make sure you get the time and protection you deserve.

To file a new claim or check on an existing claim, please contact your insurance company directly by using the File A Claim button below. If you’re having trouble reaching the company, or if there’s not a phone number listed for your company, please contact us directly.

Payment Portal

Making payments with Synergy is as easy as ever with our customer portal! Make payments, review your balances and manage your records all within our payment portal. To make a payment, simply login to the customer portal, provide your debit or credit card information and submit your payment. If you have questions about your policy, your current balance, or want to talk about insurance options, your Synergy agent is here to spend as much time with you as you need.
